Magnesium Body Calm

I have a lot of allergies and sensitives so I am careful about using new things. So far when I have taken this product I can feel a relaxing in my body. It did not cause any itching or stinging, I have been very pleased with it. I have used your shakes for over 4 years and have always enjoyed them and when sticking to the 7 foods I must be intolerant to with the shakes, this 86 year old lady is loosing weight in the last few months .

Muscle and mind relaxing

Two of these capsules are just the correct dose of magnesium. When I run out my muscles cramp and I don't feel right. And without these it is hard to relax my body at night.

Love it!!!

I have been taking magnesium for 15 years…..I have been following JJ ****** on podcasts, Facebook and instagram and respect all that she shares. I was running out of the magnesium I normally buy and decided to buy the magnesium JJ sells. In a weeks time of taking….I found my sleep issues (waking up and having trouble getting back to sleep) went away. On top of that I feel like I am calmer …..less reactive to stressors. I am so glad I made the change to this magnesium! Thank you JJ for creating this amazing product!
