Better than expected. The response in my body was similar to the way I felt when the old recipe of vanilla plant-based shakes and chocolate plant-based shakes we’re available. The new recipe upsets my stomach some. Which I did not
So very delicious--the only way to make it perfect would be to make it paleo instead of plant based. I love me some beef peptides!
I have SO missed the Chai flavor until I noticed it was back! I have been asking for a long time. Happy to report the new one is just as tasty as the original. I somehow missed the buy 2 get one free sale, however, I am happy to be able to get this now. It's my daily wake up, and my favorite flavor. I usually put half a banana and some cinnamon in it. Ginger would be good also. I also mix up some of JJ's fiber mix in to it, which is really helpful for my digestive system.
