Coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10)

This form of CoQ10 is called ubiquinone, from the word “ubiquitous” (because it is present everywhere in the human body). Ubiquinone is especially important for generating energy: adenosine triphosphate (ATP) within the mitochondria which are the tiny “energy factories” inside most cells. Ubiquinone is one of the body’s most critical antioxidants, helping to protect mitochondrial membranes from free radical damage and to recycle other antioxidants, such as vitamins C and E. CoQ10 may help support physical energy levels, mitochondrial health, and neurological function.

Diindolylmethane (DIM)

Diindolylmethane (DIM) is a compound classified as a “plant indole.” Plant indoles are also called glucosinolates, which are found in cruciferous vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, and cauliflower. Annatto is a tree native to Latin America. Annatto seeds provide vitamin E as tocotrienols in the forms of delta‐ and gamma‐tocotrienols.
